Our organization is a social body registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, operating strictly on non-political and non-union principles. The fundamental objective of the organization is to guide every associate connected with TIP across the country toward a secure and bright future by providing them with modern technological support, dignified work opportunities, and sustainable business avenues.
To achieve this objective, the organization periodically organizes symposiums, seminars, technical training programs, capacity-building initiatives, and various activities, with the aim of continuously strengthening professional competence and technical understanding.
Our organization firmly believes that the strength of BSNL constitutes the very foundation of the progress of the TIP business. Guided by this philosophy, the organization is continuously striving to further reinforce the relationship between BSNL and TIP—through policy recommendations, constructive ideas, and active cooperation at the grassroots level—thereby enabling BSNL's services to become more efficient and effective.
Furthermore, one of our primary objectives is to empower talented young men and women from rural and remote areas by providing them with training, thereby making them self-reliant and employment-oriented. To this end, training centers are being operated. Additionally, the organization is committed to ensuring the availability of healthcare services in these regions.
